Royal Stone China "Roselle Blue Ware" Pitcher, Sporting Dog Scene

A little piece of England's countryside, right off my trip. This Royal Stone China pitcher is done up in a rich Roselle blue transferware pattern with a sporting dog scene, the kind of piece that looks like it's always belonged on a Southern sideboard.

Use it for cream and sugar at your next tea, fill it with garden roses, or just let it sit pretty where you can see it every day. Old things like this weren't made to stay in a cabinet.
